They really do care about me individually. I have met several higher ups that work at corp and have come to my branch to meet my team. I am at the bottom on front line and each of us have received gifts from the top and we feel like they value our opinions and answer to us.

I love that leadership I always open to ideas from everyone.

I love how they genuinely care about their employees. There is no elitism. They participate in New Hire Orientation with all new employees, eat lunch with us in the cafe, and keep their doors open. There isn't separation between "them and us". They will fight for their employees.

We have some great leaders who are easy to communicate with, show integrity, and are always ready to assist no matter what the challenge or issue may be. I've seen so many assist each other with making employee and member's dreams come true.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Training your people better in their positions

Cooperation with Steward not a 3rd party company would be ideal

Treating employees with respect. I'm not even sure they are aware we are human beings with feelings too. Get rid of the "if you don't like your job, we don't want you here anyway" attitude. We used to love our jobs. Now we hate them. There's a major problem.
