My salary is fantastic, an 8-15% bomnus each year is an amazing boon, the Cafe is world class, and flexible work schedules. Benefits like a well-run start up with the pace of a large bureaucratic company.

Management's response to any issue is to turn it around on how it is the employees fault. They literally do not care how miserable everyone on the team is. They only care when it is brought up just long enough to make sure we go back to keeping our mouths shut.

I feel that the relationships I build with members over the years, that will wait in line for me members ask for my manager after I’ve helped them with a transaction to tell them that MACU needs to give me a raise, People will go 20min out of their way
