¿Qué es lo que más te gusta del equipo de liderazgo?
School level admin are doing the best they can with orders from higher up that just don't make sense. They try to help coach and support teachers, but often end up dealing with behaviors that could easily be prevented had the school been allowed the budget to hire more support for students

¿En qué necesita mejorar el equipo de liderazgo?
They do their best but its a corporation so they are taking direction from teams of people in another city who have never taught kids. It's a mess.
