How employees describe working at National Heritage Academies
They do their best but its a corporation so they are taking direction from teams of people in another city who have never taught kids. It's a mess.
I'd like to stay in the position I was hired for instead of being moved around wherever there's a gap. Teachers need more planning time that isn't taken up by meetings, and shouldn't be expected to work outside their hours to make up for lost planning during the day.
Nice and mostly caring people.
Hectic, rewarding. Love working with the kids.
