Bases comp is pretty good. But pay us the commission that is owed. It feels criminal.

Comp increases only come with increased responsibilities or promotions. Low salary for most operation based roles with little opportunity to grow or even get inflation based annual increases. Sales comp packages are great but the support staff is undervalued and underpaid
