Job is perfect for independent persons as there is minimal customer interactions and you can make your own schedule. It's easy and fun, with lots of time in your car. Experience with area manager is 10/10 responsible, kind and considerable.

All members of upper level management came from another company and are trying to run this company like that one was only the two are entirely different. Not a chance of a pay increase no matter how hard you work. No chance for promotions.

Not thinking that they know it all. High turnover rate and low retention because people are overworked and under appreciated.

Better understanding and communication for *how* to do certain things, instructions are left unclear sometimes.

Communicate with each other regularly.

Lack of fear of losing your job.

They had multiple video calls and checked in plenty of times, they stayed on top of it and kept me in the loop.

It was actually fun, getting to know people and having interesting technical conversation.

In person interview would be more productive.

That I can listen to music, and I enjoy walking around to do the organizing tasks a lot. It's satisfying.
