Neptune could be a great company if they got rid of the CEO and absurd processes that restrict business. Its a very difficult place to work and for clients to do business with. The day to day people are great, the products are pretty good, but sr. management are awful. No direction or leadership.

Job is perfect for independent persons as there is minimal customer interactions and you can make your own schedule. It's easy and fun, with lots of time in your car. Experience with area manager is 10/10 responsible, kind and considerable.
All members of upper level management came from another company and are trying to run this company like that one was only the two are entirely different. Not a chance of a pay increase no matter how hard you work. No chance for promotions.
