Caring about the staff, especially the ones who have been there the longest. Caring about people in general. You can't treat people like robots, or ignore abusive workplaces. HR needs to work on actually caring about people in some stores.

New Seasons needs to overhaul their information technology and communications systems. In their current form, they are labyrinthine and nonsensical. Workers and middle management are uninformed.

Evaluating whether their directives are actually real-world practical BEFORE rolling them out. Ideals and reality just aren't the same-- and we LOSE customers when changes come too fast and in ways that aren't well thought out.
