Caring about the staff, especially the ones who have been there the longest. Caring about people in general. You can't treat people like robots, or ignore abusive workplaces. HR needs to work on actually caring about people in some stores.

New Seasons needs to overhaul their information technology and communications systems. In their current form, they are labyrinthine and nonsensical. Workers and middle management are uninformed.

They push employees too hard, Plus they hire people that worked at Safeway and other supermarkets bringing in bad habits.
