There are multiple levels of interaction within NS, more so than most companies I have worked for.

A couple of years back the medical benefits seemed better, less of an issue than the current insurer. There was talk about profit sharing or stock options for certain levels, that conversation seems to have died.

They continue to work closely with each other and the rest of NS to do the best work they can. Not always easy when the bar keeps moving, expectations keep changing, yet leadership struggles to define what they really want from the team. They say you aren't good enough but not what good is.

We truely like one another for the most part and know we are in this together to do the best we can. For many the measuring stick is $$$, I agree that we need to be making money, but almost as important is the journey, how you get there and with whom you get there.

For the most part they have been there from the start, they are finally getting together, offsite, and working better together. They seem to be setting a course for the long term, yet with an eye for the prize. While the numbers look better in many ways I think we should be a little more open
