I make $25,000 less than my value with other entities and also i am paid a bonus of 5% instead of 10% paid by other entities. With the SIP calculation, my 5% is not even given to me, it is less than that.

My salary is compensation for the the job I do for my client, and as such is payed by the client. I don't feel that I am compensated or acknowledge for my contributions for Noblis as a company or it's business growth.

Undervalued because I have been overlooked for opportunities to serve in leadership opportunities. My annual increases have barely met the standard 3%. Compared to similar positions, years of experience, background and education, I'm underpaid. Increase my compensation based upon new pay structure.

The market averages for my role are significantly higher than what Noblis pays for this role. I do not think that the appropriate people understand the role and what going rates are, and that makes offers that come in much higher very difficult to resist.
