In comparison to competitors, some of the benefits do not seem as competitive, (e.g., holiday leave, maternity/family leave)

I feel like position is coveted and I am not getting paid enough / promoted as quickly as others.
I make $25,000 less than my value with other entities and also i am paid a bonus of 5% instead of 10% paid by other entities. With the SIP calculation, my 5% is not even given to me, it is less than that.

My team are very collaborative in how we do our work. Employees at Noblis are very responsive and supportive. It's a big part of our culture and you see it in action all the time as a result.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When everyone was in office, interaction was very positive, however since we've all gone virtual, it has sufferred I do feel this comes from the leadership team - they haven't done anything imaginative, or taken advantage of the virtual environment - the same old powerpoint slides.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Mine was so long ago, but my memory of it is very positive and I don't recall it being overly frustrating or negative. I have also had the opportunity to be part of our hiring process to bring on new teammates. We have solid processes and guidelines to ensure good and fair interview practices.

What makes you most happy at work?
The work/life balance. If I work extra hours its because I decided to do it. I don't feel pressure to put work ahead of my family or a personal life and know I can (and should) take time to reset/relax and/or for important personal activities and family.

Overworked, no effort to bring on new staff. Co-workers have been mailing it in. No real direction, or long term plan. Where once the goal was on being outstanding, now the goal seems to be just turn in something.
