What makes you most happy at work?
The work/life balance. If I work extra hours its because I decided to do it. I don't feel pressure to put work ahead of my family or a personal life and know I can (and should) take time to reset/relax and/or for important personal activities and family.

Overworked, no effort to bring on new staff. Co-workers have been mailing it in. No real direction, or long term plan. Where once the goal was on being outstanding, now the goal seems to be just turn in something.
