¿Por qué te sientes infravalorado y qué te haría sentir mejor con respecto a tu compensación?

More pto. Cheaper & better heslth care coverage. Increased pay

Competing non-profits offer higher matches to 401(K) contributions

Reasonable patient loads and work hours. This is a job that will convince you to live to work, chasing their own greedy goals with little support

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

No and they need more timely reviews on job descriptions

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

Being paid what im actually worth. They give 4P+ pay if you pick up shifts.. what if they just took that money and paid us a better living wage and fully staffed the units instead...

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Nurses get paid far less money than men in the trades or factories. Minimal time off accrued and no sick pay for getting COVID while working 60 hours a week at Northwestern.

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

I make far below average within my own company.

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Upon hire, education was valued more than my extensive experience, so they 'couldn't' pay me what i felt was fair. Still dodnt oay me once i got bachelors. Whats more imortant, someone with a lot of schoolong? Or someone who has worked in the field with years and years of hands on experience?

Need much better staffing, clinic resources, hours, and pay.

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

I had to train people who made more money than me without any compensation.

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Fairness with everyone sacrificing together, not just the few older staff, who make more. Administration should take bigger cuts than the bedside staff. The Vice Presidents are taking a 5% pay cut. Really?

It would be nice to have opportunities for advancement and honest managers.

Revisión Review del Departamento de IT · Publicado hace 6 años

There should be more possibilities for advancement.

other neighboring hospitals pay more

Revisión Publicado hace 8 años

Not sure. To just been seen a bit more I guess

Revisión Publicado hace 8 años

Northwestern Medicine is very too heavy with the clinical Chairs receiving multiples of salary beyond the rank and file clinicians. It is a recipe for lack of trust in their “leadership”

Revisión Review del Departamento de Operaciones · Publicado hace 8 años

Better choices for insurance and providers

Revisión Review del Departamento de Operaciones · Publicado hace 8 años

I would like more direction and more ability to learn and apply skills. This place is very "Cliquey".

Revisión Review del Departamento de Operaciones · Publicado hace 6 años

Benefits were retracted during covid. Bonus pay that they offer for open shifts has to be fought for. They will find any excuse not to pay you bonus pay that they originally offered to the staff.
