The manager I interviewed with, she was very kind. The person she replaced her with was completely on informed of the position. I had to teach the current manager several things.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Look at peoples long term goals and how long they want to stay. Hire more part time employees
Higher better management so that I’m not stuck with incompetent people to work wit
