Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hire people who work in the industry to manage. People who have no idea how to do the task at hand have no business managing people who are doing the radiology task.

Review from Operations Dept

Communication, presence, leadership skills, and flexibility

Yes take into consideration the needs of the staff and patients above their need for greed

Showing actual appreciation for their employees.

Treating staff with respect. Higher wages, more time off.

Be more mission driven, it is a non profit

Working with staff. Ladership is more concerned with profits than people.

Realizing the importance of peoples job abilities versus what a college says. Not taking advantage of people if you don’t make as much as other coworker

Appreciating people who carry their department.

Ageism must go! Older staff is bypassed for "younger, fresher faces." Experience/retention does not count. They want experienced bedside staff gone. Now they are freezing vacation time for only those who are older, since they make more and want to "protect lower paid staff." Check the changes.

poor leadership and direction here

Review from Operations Dept

There is definitely a lack of accountability and guidance. There is also an extreme amount of nepotism and a lack of meritocracy.

Review from IT Dept

Learning how to lead instead of manage.

Review from Operations Dept

Actually making decisions based on patient safety and care, not based on spending and FTE
