How's the vacation policy at Northwestern Medicine?
It was very good when I started at NU, and I've been grandfathered in, so I can continue to save/keep all vacation time that I earn into subsequent years. I think that now, most people her between 2-4 weeks of paid vacation annually, and any unused days beyond 23 accrued vacation days (4.5 weeks) are forfeited at the end of the fiscal year.
How common is it to switch departments or teams at Northwestern Medicine?
