We need to have regular comp reviews as part of performance reviews. There is no official forum to discuss comp, making it difficult to raise concerns or ask questions. Moreover, as a Series C company that's vested in keeping talent, it's time to start doing even a modest a 401k match.

Please do not hire people in middle management (between Director level and CXO) who have fixed mindset, are not open to learn anything new and are just process and framework oriented and cannot lead by example.

Company is too much focused on update/review meetings & structure of meetings, trying to push a common format on everyone like people in an assembly line performing their role. Our company has ownership as a value but they should give employees enough freedom to take ownership in the assigned tasks and there should be less micromanagement.

Company analyse the candidate from every perspective in order to understand their skill sets and what he/she is going to bring on the table. There are around 5-6 interview rounds and all are well scheduled on time.
