Equality. This company has been referred to as "the gentlemans club" or "they boys club". Women who have the same skills and qualifications as men should receive the same treatment

White males will always succeed here and that is why the company has good ratings, because most of the employees are white men. Women and minorities have skills to contribute too - recognize them.

I have never been included team meeting. Also I do not have measurable goals, so my annual review is based on how my boss is feeling that day. The best thing about my team is that I have learned what misogyny is. Males are in the team meetings, females are not so we are always behind in discussions
