There is a high level of authenticity across the entire executive team at OneDigital. One thing I love is that we receive monthly communications from our CEO that are personal and give us a look into his personal life. Each month has a theme that he ties to both our business and his own experiences.

Unlimited PTO provides incredible work-life balance without the fear of missing a day just because a manager wants to see someone sitting there. They want a active, invested employee who has the freedom to organize their day, week and year.

Our employees are automatically enrolled to participate in the 401k. It's nice not having to worry about it and also have the option to opt out at any time.

Unlimited PTO. It allows employees to feel like they can take the time for themselves when needed. It also holds us accountable for taking care of ourselves. On the same token, it makes us be mindful of just how much time off we're taking so we can effectively support our teams.

We have efficient discussions and meetings. I always leave our meetings knowing what needs to be done on my end as well as the projects each individual is working on. This way, I am able to step in to help if necessary.

It is encouraged for us to take breaks when we need them (other than just a lunch break). If things begin to get stressful or I can't find a solution to a problem, I may take a quick walk to clear my head.
