I get along well with almost everyone in the office. Again, we are able to trust each other to get the job done and treat each other with respect.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm trusted to complete my work without being micromanaged; we treat each other like adults; as every work place should (but doesn't).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The teams in our Bonita Springs office trust each other to get the job done. Everyone is always willing to help each other, even when things get stressful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our employees are automatically enrolled to participate in the 401k. It's nice not having to worry about it and also have the option to opt out at any time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have efficient discussions and meetings. I always leave our meetings knowing what needs to be done on my end as well as the projects each individual is working on. This way, I am able to step in to help if necessary.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was being interviewed, I was told about the actual goals of the company. This did catch me off guard and made me more interested in working for OneDigital. A clear path has been laid out for our employees to follow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is encouraged for us to take breaks when we need them (other than just a lunch break). If things begin to get stressful or I can't find a solution to a problem, I may take a quick walk to clear my head.
