It's great for the most part. I think the issues that are raised aren't dealt with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They allow me flexibility and opportunities for learning.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was encouraged to ask questions. It wasn't uncomfortable.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that I'm doing my best. I don't have to have much face-to-face interaction. I'm trusted to do my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most everyone tries to be friendly to each other. Sometimes going to lunch together, or walks. We have an annual office outing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some of my coworkers are great and on the ball. There are a couple that need a fire lit under them. They basically do less than the least possible, have meetings to talk about it, then continue to not do their job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think management realizes just how much work I do. I have been in my position for two years. I know I should be making more. Especially seeing that I'm $25K under what my position pays according to their profile here.
