Health insurance is great and affordable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance from previous years was good, but this year the out of pocket max is more than twice what it was last year, no matter which tier you chose. I make less than the local average for my position, been promised a raise & job title change this year, though, so here's hoping!

I would like more of a base salary in my role, because I am doing a lot of discovery, and trying to implement best practices, which will lead to more sales down the road. But I would like more money upfront for these efforts

They work together well on our unit.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
the people are fine. management isnt
Some of my coworkers are great and on the ball. There are a couple that need a fire lit under them. They basically do less than the least possible, have meetings to talk about it, then continue to not do their job.

The most positive aspect of working at ODAH is that the company wants to be a positive environment. This leaves ample room for change.
My co-workers and I get along great. We support each other the best we can in all the ways we can.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Equality. This company has been referred to as "the gentlemans club" or "they boys club". Women who have the same skills and qualifications as men should receive the same treatment

White males will always succeed here and that is why the company has good ratings, because most of the employees are white men. Women and minorities have skills to contribute too - recognize them.
