The catered meals are the best part. Reason being is because you are not aware of just how much money can be saved when 2 meals a day are provided for you.

The half day Fridays are great for those of us that like to get out of town on the weekends. Paid breakfast and lunch keeps food costs down and healthy options available everyday.

Not only are we given free healthcare options, we are fed twice a day, which ultimately saves a lot of money normally spent on food every year. (sorry, had to list the 2 best)

I like how flexible our Insurance options are. It really shows that they care about our needs and that every employee has individual needs.

While we don't make a large salary compared to others in the tech space, our benefits make up for the lack. Free medical coverage, 2 catered meals, plus 2 snacks during the day, make up for a large sum of money that we would otherwise be spending on these things.

The benefits at Ontraport are perfect for me! The meal plan provides breakfast and lunch which saves so much time and money on groceries.

The benefits package is great and is almost entirely covered by the company. The pay is more modest then some other companies in the space but the benefits really help cover the gap

Doesn't pay on par with other companies in the area. Most employees can't afford to live in the city in which the company is located.

While I am at a 'starting level position' - I actually took a pay cut to work here, because I wanted a better environment with better benefits. The pay could be a bit more for what we do, even starting out after training, but the benefits rock and we get good meals and snacks everyday.

There is a culture of non-negotiation, and raises are very difficult for managers to get approved. Compared to other companies in similarly high cost of living areas, ONTRAPORT is about 25% under market.

My position is seen as a stepping stone to land a position in another department. We have the opportunity for upward mobility, but I would love to be valued and compensated fairly in my current position. While wages are "competitive" in the tech market, they're not livable or sustainable locally.
