What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've never worked anywhere where my co-workers were this friendly.
We somehow get great people who seem to genuinely care about one another so it's a great feeling all around.

We meet weekly as a team to go over important business and during that time there's a lot of positivity. We call out other employees that went above and beyond.
It's a great culture. I don't see any of the posturing, games, politics or rumor mongering that I have seen in other work places. Management works hard to make it a great environment for all.

We have a FB group for Users which is great, and also a FB group for employees, and we help each other out a ton. We share monitors, camera bags, backpacking gear, anything you can think of and pass it on to the next ONTRApeep.
