- What is the best part about your compensation package?Flexible PTO. So long as you don't abuse it, you can take PTO for any reason for up to 2 weeks at a time.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?Every single person on the leadership team is willing to get down into the trenches and work with any employee.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Doesn't pay on par with other companies in the area. Most employees can't afford to live in the city in which the company is located.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?While I am at a 'starting level position' - I actually took a pay cut to work here, because I wanted a better environment with better benefits. The pay could be a bit more for what we do, even starting out after training, but the benefits rock and we get good meals and snacks everyday.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There is a culture of non-negotiation, and raises are very difficult for managers to get approved. Compared to other companies in similarly high cost of living areas, ONTRAPORT is about 25% under market.
