What is the best part about your compensation package?

Flexible PTO. So long as you don't abuse it, you can take PTO for any reason for up to 2 weeks at a time.

Flexibility to work from home

Our compensation packages are reviewed annually (or 90 days after any role change) to ensure that not only does our performance warrant an increase, but are we compensated fairly.

Free health insurance and a small contribution for entire family coverage. Company is very responsive to adding new benefits that majority of employees want.

Our compensation package speaks to all demographics, promotes healthy living, and is constantly changing and growing to keep team members satisfied.

Not only are we given free healthcare options, we are fed twice a day, which ultimately saves a lot of money normally spent on food every year. (sorry, had to list the 2 best)

While we don't make a large salary compared to others in the tech space, our benefits make up for the lack. Free medical coverage, 2 catered meals, plus 2 snacks during the day, make up for a large sum of money that we would otherwise be spending on these things.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Doesn't pay on par with other companies in the area. Most employees can't afford to live in the city in which the company is located.

While I am at a 'starting level position' - I actually took a pay cut to work here, because I wanted a better environment with better benefits. The pay could be a bit more for what we do, even starting out after training, but the benefits rock and we get good meals and snacks everyday.

There is a culture of non-negotiation, and raises are very difficult for managers to get approved. Compared to other companies in similarly high cost of living areas, ONTRAPORT is about 25% under market.

My position is seen as a stepping stone to land a position in another department. We have the opportunity for upward mobility, but I would love to be valued and compensated fairly in my current position. While wages are "competitive" in the tech market, they're not livable or sustainable locally.
