I really enjoy the 9/80 plan where we have everyother Friday off. This is amazing when you enjoy traveling frequently and extended weekends! I also like the PTO, fitness center, and massage center.

The company laid off 200 people, then gave an executive a half million dollar bonus. Meanwhile, most people are making less than industry standard. Executives are so well paid, it "evens out" to above market rate, but low level employees do not make fair money.

I feel valued as an employee but our managers should go through a manager taining before given a management position. There should be clear goals, clear visions, and good communication across the executive staff.

There is an effort to pay employees fairly and competitively. However, there is also an influence from Directors and above to bend the rules for those they like or referrals they bring in. For example, creating/changing a job solely to bump compensation or make an hourly employee salary.

My whole team has worked very hard with limited resources for multiple years with no pay raises or bonuses. Blockchain employees get perks, pay, and bonuses left and right, while the piggy bank (retail side) does the work to fund them with no reward.
