They have a well thought out plan and execute on that plan. We hit our goals, objectives and plans. Our opinions are welcomed and valued and communication is open and honest. They care about every employee. Drama is not accepted. This is the best the company has ever been organized and ran.

The leadership team is highly transparent and quick to respond to concerns. I always feel like I'm up to date with where we're going. More importantly, I feel that where we're headed is based on sound data and consultation rather than reactive, emotional measures.

My Manager made up a lie to make me leave the Company after working there for over 7 years. Promotions are only done if your in the click!!! or know someone to promote you within. Customer's scream and yell at you all day. I'm happy that I no longer work there. I'm sure that I will be happier.

The executive team has no vision or direction for the retail e-com business and has clearly moved on to focus on their unprofitable, failing blockchain pipe dreams. Absolutely no stability on the retail side of the business.

Seriously the most backwards leadership team. I don't even know what advice to give them because they make mistakes whenever possible. No one is willing to speak up when the company is about to make a mistake, so they end up getting disastrous results.
