LT encourages collaborative instead of authority-based decision-making. So for example, the evolution to a remote-first culture with hybrid option was fully developed from extensive surveying and input working groups, informed by all functions, rather than (for example) starting with CEO preference

People are often going through things outside as well as inside of their work, especially (but not only) since COVID. Panorama folks are comfortable saying "I'm low on spoons today" and people know that this isn't the time for a high stress interaction and will demonstrate care
