How are layoffs handled in the Executive department at Passage?
Passage is a small team and hasn't had many layoffs. When someone is let go, it's done with courtesy, respect, and plenty of notice.
How innovative is Passage?
Very. Passage knows that the existing way of doing ticketing and payments to broken. Our team goes for major charges rather than incremental ones. They won't always work, but the ones that do have the potential to change the world of event ticketing for ever.
