I consider the company culture and autonomy a benefit to be weighed along with salary and other benefits, so collectively I feel Patra is close but off the mark in this area. Employee contributions for benefits are improving, but high and coupled with the lower salary band could deter some.

Patra encourages collaboration, idea sharing, improvement, and professional development. They don't just do lip service to maintaining "work life balance," Patra actually takes action to help employees achieve this balance. All this, in a fun work environment!! Simply the BEST!!

Patra has always felt like my work family. When timing gets to be busy everyone seems to pitch in and all work together to get the job done and then there is always time for celebrating even if on zoom calls or when we are able, in person.
