Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation shoukd be mre in line with competitors
I consider the company culture and autonomy a benefit to be weighed along with salary and other benefits, so collectively I feel Patra is close but off the mark in this area. Employee contributions for benefits are improving, but high and coupled with the lower salary band could deter some.

We all work really well together.

All goes back to the work life balance
Patra encourages collaboration, idea sharing, improvement, and professional development. They don't just do lip service to maintaining "work life balance," Patra actually takes action to help employees achieve this balance. All this, in a fun work environment!! Simply the BEST!!
