Patra encourages collaboration, idea sharing, improvement, and professional development. They don't just do lip service to maintaining "work life balance," Patra actually takes action to help employees achieve this balance. All this, in a fun work environment!! Simply the BEST!!

As an employee, I have an open forum to discuss anything without judgement or retaliation. Our DE&I program offers the opportunity for us to be ourselves, speak our minds and educate others at the same time. The support goes across coworkers to managers and upper management.
