What's the work from home policy like at PayFactors?
Payfactors has a flexible work from home policy.
This depends on the team/manager but you'd be hard pressed to not find some sort of work from home availability on every team! Every team has some sort of flexibility.

Get to know people (and not just those in your department).

Fairly often. It's a fast growing company, so there's lots of movement both within departments and throughout the company.

8 week paid summer internship programs, where interns learn the business and are able to contribute to the company. Each are assigned a mentor to guide them through their time here. Great intern events!
