  • I have to disagree with the other poster below. I've worked here almost 6 years and never felt I couldn't use the unlimited PTO policy. I also previously managed a team and actively reviewed PTO for each of my employees to make sure that they "frequent users" weren't abusing it and those who weren't taking time off at all actually started using it.

  • “Unlimited.” Translation, you won’t take the vacation you need, you’ll watch others abuse it, and you won’t be paid out when you leave.

  • Health, dental, “unlimited” PTO that is unfairly used. Some really abuse the PTO, others are punished for taking PTO. They also promote a flexible work environment, but this is also not fairly extended to all employees. Many people are not allowed to work from home.
