Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a lot of fresh new ideas coming in from additions to our executive team but they're somehow managing to really blend well with our existing fantastic culture.
The best leaders have left
The leadership team is transparent about the goals of the company.
They respect and reward hard work, even when you fail
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Poor communication and no integrity or accountability. Execs who throw others under a bus are rewarded for their very bad behavior.
Planning and execution. Our pace of work is very slow in engineering.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO and 100% covered medical!!!
Clearly defined goals and objectives that are tied to bonuses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel devalued when they cookie cutter my pay with other team members that do not perform as highly as I do.
The new owners, FP, are cutting cost left and right
I do not feel undervalued. We just don’t get stock/equity
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a tight knit group.
Smart people left and right
My team is fun and helpful.
Supportive, hard working and quick too catch you before you fall

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some good people who are trying to help and survive a messy comapny
The flexibility of ones schedule and the perks of being an employee here.
Open and transparent in the work we are doing and the agenda we have. Nothing hidden

I was able to meet the entire team and got a sense of the challenges of the role.
Fun people. Intelligent questions focused on me.

Freedom to make mistakes and constantly learn
The work culture and coworkers.
The work itself. At the end of each day my job remains the same. Help people get paid fairly.
