We have a lot of fresh new ideas coming in from additions to our executive team but they're somehow managing to really blend well with our existing fantastic culture.

Poor communication and no integrity or accountability. Execs who throw others under a bus are rewarded for their very bad behavior.

Planning and execution. Our pace of work is very slow in engineering.
