What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent to the employees
How passionate they are about the customer experience and innovation in the compensation space, as well as their willingness to think outside the box for both the customers and employees.
The leadership team is approachable and transparent.
They are open to ideas, don't micromanage, and are passionate about the product.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is very good for what i do and the commission is good as well
That it's based on accurate data.
Upon being hired I feel that my base pay was carefully reviewed and I am currently compensated appropriately for my role/level.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they are always rewarding their emplyees with special perks
That all employees support each other. The awesome perks certainly add to fun culture here!
The culture is very laid back. People are free to come and go, manage their own work, and be efficient. There are great perks, and the management team really works to make each employee feel valued. Summer Fridays, casual dress, unlimited PTO, kegs, cold brew, snack, and more!
