The company profits about 1 billion annually but cuts raises across the board to all their employees. Additionally, emoloyees are being told this in November basically at the end of the year just before we are due to have our reviews. They sat on this information the whole year. Shameful

If they would continue with our annual raises (which were already at a minimum) they have really lowered morale with this new update
