Honesty, open, help me grow
Ok so far so good
Willingness to listen to fresh ideas
The support that thay provide. With so many lines if service in Premise, it can be overwhelming. However, there's always someone to guide, provide resources, and to educate.
At my location, the leadership team tries to build relationships with everyone
New management, less favoritism, to follow their own policies, and perhaps emotional intelligence considering it's healthcare.
Communication. Stop with the busy work that is not really needed. We are working for a computer now and not really the patient. So many things we have to do that does not need to be done just to make the computer happy. Takes time away from patient care at already very limited time appts.
I had to request an exit interview. More unannounced site visits and one-on-one employee meetings by upper leadership would be beneficial so that teams aren't isolated by toxic onsite managers. HIPAA compliance was questionable, at best, due to office gossip about patients.
Not be biased or make friends

Hiring much better managers in Greer SC
Adequate pay comparing to local facilities.

Free virtual care for me & my family
For part-time, I was given investment options through Fidelity and both Vision and Dental benefits. The PTO was also a bonus, as it's often not given for most part-time employee positions.
Health insurance, 401K, and the array of options you have.
The variety of coverage and levels of coverage that you can enroll into.
i feels like use of PTO policies should be better
The compensation as far as hourly pay is fine, but that is set by the client we work for NOT premise health. They do not give us merit increases our client does. Benefits could be better.
If they would continue with our annual raises (which were already at a minimum) they have really lowered morale with this new update
I feel like our raise percentage should increase, especially with the cost of living increases.
I feel undervalued due to being passed on promotions when I am more qualified (schooling and experience)
Teamwork is priority. Small and like a family.

Close group, support each other
co-operative and understandable & helpful
The community, the support. With so many lines of service, the ability for us to come together to understand the needs is impressive
The environment and the personality that everyone brings.
We all got along great.
Following protocols per policy so everyone can be on the same page. Making the patients schedule appts for things that need an appt schedule such as refilling controlled substance medications (esp when they have not been seen in the office in over three mths) Not just send a refill request.
Better HIPAA compliance. The PT and NP were really good. The HCM was terrible: poor work boundaries with staff. It's a shame because I loved my position.
Most are hired without background checks to see if they can really preform the work they are hired to do and then we spend time training them on the job which isn't fair

Stop the amount of gossip that goes on in the Greer SC Vision Center
not bias and fair for every one
Everyone in the office working together well, for the most part. Very understanding of needs and being okay with putting FAMILY first.
There are no positives about my work environment.
We all work towards the mission and treat one another with respect.
The open door policy regardless of title.
Everything about the company needs to change.
More staff to spread responsibilities to
Everything needs to improve from behabior to equipment to funiture
Management needs to be forthright and trustworthy

Being able to meet with leadership.
It took about 10 minutes
Review from Operations Dept
Actually it was okay. I was able to ask a lot of questions and meet several people.
The number of departments, with different views of the role coming together to help select the best candidate.
interaction with the interviewer is the best
Ask job related questions instead of rambling about your personal lives and accomplishments.
The interview process was fine.
I actually never interviewed with the new company, but I feel instead of using former care here employees to promote into job roles that need filled they just want to use premise health corp. employees and people that were original or new hires with Premise Health. Being a former care here emp hurt
Ask relevant questions and be more clear
The people and the flexibility.

Supportive team & thankful patients
i enjoy what i was doing and learning new things every day
Working with the patients: helping to effect change.
Not being harassed, ending the visius environment.
Everything and no idea how it can be improved as they rather terminate whistle blowers than work together to change.
So much. But I would say the number 2 things are putting quality over quantity and stop the busy work and just let us take care of things that truly need addressed.
It cant, they are losing to many contracts
