  • Privy's WFH policy is flexible. About half the company works from home every Tuesday, and a quarter or so work from home on Thursday or Friday. Mondays and Wednesdays, most people are in the office, but teams typically are flexible in both work location and hours. We're trusted to get work done, regardless of when/where.

  • Amazing! Working in a start up grants me opportunities to create my own department and develop my skills even further. Working for much larger companies who already have many departments are extremely difficult to grow in. I feel as though, most larger companies tend to hire "sheep" who will do what the company wants without question for however long at minimal pay. Privy is nothing like that!! Privy is a growing company that allows me to develop with them
