Transparency, passion, drive, and focus
The leadership team is friendly, honest and easy to have a conversation with. Intimidating is the exact opposite word I would use to describe these people, their presence gives me a sense of being welcomed and like someone cares about what I have to say

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lots of great perks and super flexible leadership and managers who are extremely accomodating.

Competitive salary. Unlimited vacation that people actually take advantage of (there's a two week minimum, and I feel very comfortable taking vacation)
Vacation reimbursement. Unlimited sick/vacation time. Health coverage.

I don't feel any of those things - though 401k match would be great.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is extremely friendly and willing to lend a hand

Strong work/life blend. We say "life outside the office is just as important as life in the office" and truly mean it.
It doesn't feel like there is a rigid hierarchy at Privy; anyone, from the intern to the CEO is encouraged to voice their ideas and concerns, and I think most people have enough trust in one another to do so.
Privy has a positive culture because of the people, you enjoy getting to know people on a personal level and people take an interest in you as a human.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Clear communication, insight into many different departments and leaders
it was almost 2 years ago but I remember being in our old, small office interviewing with the CEO, Ben, not even 20 feet away from everyone else in the company. This process has changed since then but how many get to say they interviewed with the CEO!

Solving problems similar to the actual problems that employees work on.
I got to meet with our CEO and get a sense of who was leading the org, what he values, and how we'd work together. He is an incredibly genuine, kind, and approachable leader.
We have a streamlined interview process based on attributes. Each member of the interview team is prepped on the things that they should focus on (without being micro-managed)

What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility, genuine care for employees balance and overall success and health
working so closely with my teammates, and having a good relationship with almost everyone in the company (there are no negative relationships)

I get to work on interesting problems with a supportive team. My manager is great and makes me feel very supported. I don't need to feel like I'm dedicating my whole life to the company.
I love seeing my team get excited about the work that we're doing. It makes it feel not just like a workplace, but like a community as well.
There are a ton of things that make me happy at work. The people are a bit part but I'm also fulfilled with the work that I am doing and I can see the impact that my work has pretty quickly.
