Strong work/life blend. We say "life outside the office is just as important as life in the office" and truly mean it.
It doesn't feel like there is a rigid hierarchy at Privy; anyone, from the intern to the CEO is encouraged to voice their ideas and concerns, and I think most people have enough trust in one another to do so.
Privy has a positive culture because of the people, you enjoy getting to know people on a personal level and people take an interest in you as a human.

The People Ops team here deserves a ton of credit. It feels like every week there is something going on to bring employees together. It's not "forced fun", it's activities that speak to different people's interests and get people excited about being part of Privy.
Jen is always striving to improve culture by taking surveys and coming up with engaging activities for us to do during and after work hours

Amazing office experience, great people, great culture, great perks.
Everyone is very friendly, open, and collaborative. We have Friday Show and Tells where each team gets to show off things they accomplished that week that they're proud of.
Lots of laughs and good conversation. We do team lunches and things like that to build camraderie. Everyone gets along cross departments and there's always music playing in the office

Every idea is respected and heard, no matter who it comes from. Ben is extremely open and accessible to anyone who wants to chat or voice their opinions, and I think that sets the tone for the rest of the organization.
