it was almost 2 years ago but I remember being in our old, small office interviewing with the CEO, Ben, not even 20 feet away from everyone else in the company. This process has changed since then but how many get to say they interviewed with the CEO!

I got to meet with our CEO and get a sense of who was leading the org, what he values, and how we'd work together. He is an incredibly genuine, kind, and approachable leader.
We have a streamlined interview process based on attributes. Each member of the interview team is prepped on the things that they should focus on (without being micro-managed)
