What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, accountability, and trust. Those are the 3 words that readily come to mind when thinking of Privy's leadership team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on what I like, the development team is very good at finding the right role for you.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hard to chose. Unlimited vacation? $1000 dollar vacation bonus? Unlimited work from home? Wait, I got it, for me it’s the one month
What are some of the best things about your team?
No egos, no excuses, get it done. The privy team has collectively one of the best work ethics as a whole I have ever seen in my career. Top that over with proper work life balance and no egos and you got yourself a winning recipe.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My favorite part was the CEO 1v1. It’s a rare opportunity to be able to sit down with the CEO of a 50 + person company and talk 1 on 1 for 45 minutes. For me having faith in the CEO is a big part of any career jump, so getting the chance to skip all the google stalking and sit down 1v1 was a b
