It's very clear that Privy places a high value on their employee's health, both mental and physical. They actually want employees to take time off because they realize what the toll is if employees are overworked.

I work with my friends, we all support each other and want each other to succeed. We help motivate each other to work and take breaks after working for too long

I've been saying the people a lot, but it is true here as well. My coworkers, even when faced with a particularly busy day, week, or month, greet each other with smiles and are always willing to help someone answer a question (regardless of how busy they are themselves).
