The people, and the fact that everyone likes to work hard and help each other out!

The vacation policy and the 1k vacation reimbursement for employees working at the company 6 months or longer!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting my manager for coffee in a coffee shop at one stage was a more informal way to gauge culture fit on the team (for both parties).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited vacation time and vacation stipend are really great! I have never worked for a company that does what Privy does to incentivize it's employees to take vacation time and embrace a healthy work-life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership truly cares about the ideas and wellbeing of the people who work at Privy, and what each person can contribute. Even as the company has doubled in size, I have yet to feel as though my voice isn't being heard!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. I have yet to ask for help with something and not have a willing and ready coworker there to assist me with whatever I am trying to figure out. Everyone is willing to listen and help which is great!
What makes you most happy at work?
I've been saying the people a lot, but it is true here as well. My coworkers, even when faced with a particularly busy day, week, or month, greet each other with smiles and are always willing to help someone answer a question (regardless of how busy they are themselves).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though our team has grown significantly, it still manages to operate like a well oiled machine. Not to say that we don't run into snags, but we all work together to get through them. Each person is always willing to help someone else, and it really feels like teamwork.
