The leadership team is humble, transparent, and accessible. I feel comfortable voicing concerns directly to them.

Everyone is hardworking, kind, and collaborative. We are all working towards the same goal. People are constantly helping each other out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive salary. Unlimited vacation that people actually take advantage of (there's a two week minimum, and I feel very comfortable taking vacation)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Strong work/life blend. We say "life outside the office is just as important as life in the office" and truly mean it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on interesting problems with a supportive team. My manager is great and makes me feel very supported. I don't need to feel like I'm dedicating my whole life to the company.
