Terrible leadership. No true business or management backgrounds for upper management. They are behind the times and are handcuffed with paralysis by analysis. Extremely conservative. Pay is horrendous for loyal employees and growth opportunities are never presented to employees.

So far so good. As a new employee with two months on the job, I feel I'm growing in the right direction. I feel the strong urge to learn and become more verstile resource. I want to help my team. Knowing the product is helping people make safe communities.
